At-Home Workouts

We’ve all had to adapt our exercise regimens while home-bound. Our training staff, along with the help of our sister club, Magnuson Athletic Club, is creating online content for you that will inspire great ideas for at-home workouts.

Videos of at-home workout routines demonstrated by our trainers are also posted to Facebook and Instagram daily. You can also find all our video content on our new Youtube channel!

This Week’s Schedule: 

Thursday, April 15th @ 9:15am – Barre w/ Melain – 45 minutes
Barre is a fun and challenging class format using techniques from ballet, pilates, yoga, and fitness!

Saturday, April 17th @ 10:00am – Body Shock w/ John – 90 minutes
A cross-training class incorporating intervals of high-intensity cardio training with intervals of bodyweight exercises. Designed to work all major muscle groups while maintaining cardiovascular heart rate target zone.

Tuesday, April 20th @ 10:30am – Mat Pilates w/ Sei – 45 minutes
A pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength.

Wednesday, April 21st @ 10:30am – Yoga w/ Patty – 45 minutes
Introduces the basic principles of alignment and technique, while stretching and strengthening the body.

Thursday, April 22ND @ 9:15am – Barre w/ Melain – 45 minutes
