Women are strong by nature–but don’t always take time for themselves. Because self-care is so important we are offering a Strong Women Training program. This six-week package focuses on education and fitness training geared specifically towards women to benefit the mind, body and spirit. Feel stronger and even more powerful with group workouts, inspirational workshops and nutritional talks. No need to be a member. Grab a friend or come alone. All women over 12 are welcome to join.
