We’ve missed you and hope this message finds you healthy. We’re excited to announce that Issaquah Fitness is now open for individual personal training. Read on to learn how to sign up for a personal training session and to review a list of important new safeguards we’ve put in place. 

We will be strictly following Governor Inslee’s Phase 2 guidelines for fitness training facilities, with your safety being our top priority. We have been hard at work to reconfigure the club layout and develop cleaning and social distancing protocols for reopening so that you feel comfortable when you decide to come back.

Monday, March 4th, 2019 marked my five year anniversary with Maria Murphy Kamara as my personal trainer. I would like to give her recognition for her phenomenal training style and efforts to meet my personal needs. She always encourages me to work harder and gives me the motivation needed to follow through. Maria, John make and the whole Issaquah Fitness family make me laugh,  encourage me to feel good about my accomplishments and continuously make each day enjoyable at the gym.
