Governor Inslee announced the “Roadmap to Recovery,” a COVID-19 phased reopening plan for Washington state. We are happy to report the new guidelines allow for the reopening of gyms in Phase 1. We are currently open for individual workouts, personal training, GX classes, swim lessons, lap swim and family swim.

Monday, March 4th marked my five year anniversary with Maria Murphy Kamara as my personal trainer. I would like to give her recognition for her phenomenal training style and efforts to meet my personal needs. She always encourages me to work harder and gives me the motivation needed to follow through. Maria, John make and the whole Issaquah Fitness family make me laugh,  encourage me to feel good about my accomplishments and continuously make each day enjoyable at the gym. Thank you so much for continuing to encourage and enable me to move toward my goal of attaining independent ambulation.
