Monday, March 4th, 2019 marked my five (5) year anniversary with Maria Murphy Kamara as my personal trainer. I would like to give recognition to her phenomenal training style to meet my personal needs. She always encourages me to work harder and the endurance needed to follow through. She and John make me laugh every day and they make my day as do the whole Issaquah Fitness team and patrons who encourage me to feel good about my accomplishments. Thank you so much in continuing to encourage and enable me to move toward my goal of attaining independent ambulation still in progress.
