We would like to thank all of those who participated in our Strong Women Series! Our trainers had a great time teaching our members all about women’s fitness and health, and we hope to continue this series in the future. That being said we had a great testimonial about the program that we would like to share: “By the way, it has been a great experience for me to go through this program. Even though I exercise a lot, I didn’t know a lot about strength training. I learned so much and I can feel confident going into a weight room and do a workout.  I would recommend every woman do this program.
