Mind and Body classes use breathing, focus and simple movements to help increase flexibility, strength and reduce stress. Exercises like yoga and barre can help decrease pain, discomfort, anxiety, all while enhance the quality of sleep, strengthen the immune system, and increase sense of control and well-being.


Barre is a fun and challenging class format using techniques from ballet, pilates, yoga, and fitness!


Sweat-Barre is a complete circuit training and conditioning class that fuses ballet barre work, Pilates, resistance training, and cardio resulting in a strong, supple, and graceful body.

Yoga Fundamentals

A yoga class that introduces the basic principles of alignment and technique, while stretching and strengthening the body.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an energetic form of yoga where movements flow from one pose to the next. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina all in one session. This class is for all levels as variations are provided to modify, ease, intensity, or challenge the body depending on each practitioner’s abilities and experience.

Hatha Yoga

Basic yoga postures done to gently promote strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

Basic yoga poses linked together with the breath to produce a flowing movement, increase strength, flexibility, and your heart rate!
