Body Makeover Challenge
The challenge is over and the results are in! A total of 57 people participated in the challenge, all with unique goals in mind, and achieved outstanding results! Our top performer, Billy Fortune, lost an amazing 10% body fat through out the 8-week challenge. Here’s what he had to say:
“The challenge gave me a reason. Something to work towards. Before, I knew I needed to change, drop weight, but couldn’t answer the why. After signing up for the challenge I had my answer, and a goal. I made a training plan, scheduled weight training days, running by heart rate days, recovery cycle days, but most important meal plans. I ate a very strict real food mostly vegetarian diet.
As far as inspiring, or a mindset each day to stick with it I just kept telling myself it’s only eight weeks. The midway weigh in results helped a lot too! The In Body Test is pretty cool! All the clean eating and workouts caught up with me. I felt really good, loads of energy, and a clear head.”
