Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) involves light touches on the bones of the skull, face, spine and pelvis to balance the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and regulate the central nervous system, release tension and improve body movement. CST helps relieve headaches, neck and back pain, TMJ disorder, chronic fatigue, depression, ADD, ADHD, problems with the central nervous system and many other conditions. 60-minute session recommended in a series of 10 sessions.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release involved applying gentle, sustained pressure to the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions. The massage relaxes the contracted muscles and increases venous and lymphatic drainage. Myofascial Release treats somatic dysfunction and relieves the accompanying pain and limited range of motion. 60 or 90-minute sessions available.

Sports Massage/Deep Tissue

Sports Massage works on the connective tissue and deep muscle structures. The massage is applied using hard and deep strokes, combined with finger pressure. Sports Massage is specifically designed to increase flexibility and prevent injuries. It is specifically designed for the type of injuries obtained during athletic activity. 60 or 90-minute sessions available.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage increases blood circulation to more than four times its normal rate. The massage releases the stagnant toxins stored in the muscle fibers. The result is fresh oxygenated blood flow into the muscles that boosts energy level. 60 or 90-minute sessions available.

Thai Massage

In a 90-minute session, Thai Massage combines gentle, yoga-like stretching with massage of the muscles, tendons, pressure points, and energy lines. Benefits: increase flexibility and range of motion in joints, reduce muscular tension and joint pain, increase blood circulation, and improve posture through spinal decompression and stretching. Clients will remain clothed in loose, comfortable attire.

Cupping

Cupping is the inverse of massage. Rather than applying pressure to muscles, silicone cups are placed on the skin and suction is created using a hand pump. The suction uses pressure to pull skin, tissue, and muscle upwards to enhance circulation, help relieve pain and pull out toxins that linger in your body’s tissues.

This treatment may result in small, circular bruises where the cups were applied. These bruises are painless and disappear within a few days of treatment. 30-minute cupping treatments can be scheduled as a stand-alone service, or added to a massage.
