MyFit Small Group Training
Small Group Training max capacity is 6 participants in each group to allow specialized instruction. MyFit Small Group Trainings uses partnered stations within a resistance training circuit. HIIT cardio will be mixed in for maximum caloric expenditure and better results. MyFit Small Group includes resistance training, core, balance and stability, and HIIT. Join Small Group Training to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer.
- Learn and work with resistance equipment and training (machines, free weights, organized classes)
- Work with participants who may be limited by injuries (joint mobility issues, past surgeries that affect movement/strength, current issues that could prevent exercise and need specialized attention)
- Increase cardiovascular condition and strength
