Hit while you HIIT. Boxing will utilize basic footwork, punching, and mitt holding techniques to give your body a practical, fun and challenging workout. Build strength while developing speed and coordination. All levels welcome. Wrist-wraps recommended but not required.
LIFT and HIIT
One of the best ways to burn fat and build muscle is combining weight-lifting with HIIT training. We will spend 30 minutes lifting weights then 30 minutes doing a HIIT workout on a bike. This combination will give you a great after-burn effect, continuing to burn calories long after the workout. This will quickly change your body and metabolism.
Through the 8 weeks, we will be utilizing kettlebells, sandbags, kickboxing, weight lifting, and cardio. A 60-minute workout sure to please anybody at any fitness level. All you have to do is sign up and be ready to sweat and have fun!
Training with Mac will test not only your physical power but your mental willpower as well. You will be focusing on breath control through your diaphragm all while building chizzled abs that don’t fade away and support your lower back.
