Large Group Training sessions are created by our trainers and always evolve to help our members improve desired goals. Large Group Training uses a larger format and space to conduct a group allowing more than 6 participants.

Circuit Training

EPIC Circuit
EPIC (Every Person Is Capable) Circuit starts with your home base being your life, fitness, and the Synergist. With a new circuit each week to keep your muscles in motion, we will be using TRX, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, tubing, etc.

Booty Sculpt
Both strength and cardio are utilized in this circuit training class. Bands, free weights, and bodyweight exercises will accompany you along your journey to a healthier and happier you!

Power Circuit
Train all your major muscle groups efficiently and effectively with Power Circuit! We will use the Synergist tower along with high-intensity cardio intervals. Sandbags and other small equipment will be utilized to gain maximum results.

Cross Training

NEW! Boxing
Hit while you HIIT. Boxing will utilize basic footwork, punching, and mitt holding techniques to give your body a practical, fun and challenging workout. Build strength while developing speed and coordination. All levels welcome. Wrist-wraps recommended but not required. 

LIFT and HIIT
One of the best ways to burn fat and build muscle is combining weight-lifting with HIIT training. We will spend 30 minutes lifting weights then 30 minutes doing a HIIT workout on a bike. This combination will give you a great after-burn effect, continuing to burn calories long after the workout. This will quickly change your body and metabolism.

Happy Hour
Through the 8 weeks, we will be utilizing kettlebells, sandbags, kickboxing, weight lifting, and cardio. A 60-minute workout sure to please anybody at any fitness level. All you have to do is sign up and be ready to sweat and have fun!

Abtastic
Training with Mac will test not only your physical power but your mental willpower as well. You will be focusing on breath control through your diaphragm all while building chizzled abs that don’t fade away and support your lower back.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own body weight to functionally increase strength, power, flexibility, and balance while working in a variety of planes and all ranges of motion. Your core is constantly engaged throughout the workout building the smaller stabilizer muscles that often get overlooked in traditional strength classes.

You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance making TRX an asset for all fitness levels. Kickboxing Contact

Improve your fitness and learn self-defense! Kickboxing participants will learn basic self-defense techniques, including punching, kicking, footwork, and blocking. By employing basic martial arts principles, your athletic abilities will be drastically improved, as well as your cardiovascular fitness.

Hand wraps will be provided for participants to prevent injury. We will be utilizing punching bags, punch mitts, and boxing gloves, so there will be plenty of hands-on practice with self-defense movements.

Learn elbow and knee strikes
Jump rope skills will be enhanced

Rowing

Level 1 and Level 2 uses four rowing ergometer machines with variable resistance to match the needs of the client as part of a high power training circuit. HIIT cardio will be mixed in for maximum caloric expenditure and better results. Both levels include a combination of endurance, power, short rest interval training and sprints for balanced cardiovascular development and to maximize gains.

Pilates Reformer

During a Pilates Reformer class, you will be taken through a series of exercises focused on strengthening the core, stretching through the spine and hamstrings, and working on the alignment through your entire body. Typically you will begin with footwork as a warm up, move into a series of spine stretches, followed by some deep, focused core moves, and end with a series dedicated to strengthening the muscles through your spine.
