In a Strength Training class, members can expect to use a variety of different equipment, which will contribute to their workout where they will build strength, get lean and toned, and develop coordination and balance. Strength Training classes also contributes to improving bone density, promoting fat-free body mass, and increasing the strength of connective tissue, muscles and tendons.

Chizzled

Chizzled is a functional strength and interval training class focusing on full body strength, cardio, and balance. We will use weights, bands, gliders, and Bosu Balls to sculpt your entire body and raise your heart rates to also improve cardio conditioning. There are many ways to modify the moves to accommodate any age or ability and people are encouraged to listen to their bodies, work hard, and have fun!

Muscle Matters

Build muscular strength and endurance while adding a core and balance component to each move.

Core and Restore

Personal training in a group setting. Enjoy the companionship of a group while increasing strength, coordination, and balance. Monthly Class - 12 Spots Available.

Advanced Core Training (ACT)

This Advanced Core Training Class is the next step after Core & Restore. It will challenge participants to engage their core while doing large muscle group training with weights. This class will be utilizing small apparatus, dumbbells, bars, and bands.

PowerFlex

Coming in July!
PowerFlex incorporates the science of resistance training through the use of a variable weight barbell. The exercises are performed to music in a group setting. PowerFlex is the perfect union of muscle and music.
