Body Shock

A cross training class incorporating intervals of high-intensity cardio training with intervals of weight lifting. Designed to work all major muscle groups while maintaining cardiovascular heart rate target zone. Equipment used is step and barbells.

Step & Advanced Step

Cardio based class utilizing a platform anywhere from 4-10″ high. Perform athletic type movement in a choreographed pattern designed to build cardio endurance.
